In spite of the fact that steel yachts require more maintenance and are heavier than fiberglass boats, it turns up that steel is the most suitable material for building of yachts longer than 11 m, because it ensures more steadiness and elasticity of hull, possibility of repairing and respective rebuilding in whichever workshop.
Disadvantage of weight is discussable in case of sailing yachts wearing several tons of ballast in keel. Steel hulls provides the yachts with bigger space and bigger and more favourably distributed mass increases stability and sailing comfort.
In order to prevent possibility of corrosion, we pay maximum attention to all surfaces during production. All surfaces are sand blasted and painted by modern 2-components protecting paints, which ensure long term lifetime. Inside surfaces can be hot metal sprayed by zinc. Steel yachts usually serve 50-100 and more years, which makes former higher investment more efficient that investment to the yacht with shorter life like fiberglass or wooden yachts.
Aluminium boats combine advantage of steadiness and elasticity of steel boats and the weight of fiberglass boats. But it is necessary to calculate with higher cost of aluminium yacht and respective difficulties of repairing or rebuilding.
Fiberglass boats are very popular due to low prices and easy maintenance specially for short and holiday sailing while long distance cruising in heavier conditions may display lower steadiness of fiberglass hull. Another disadvantage comparing to steel and aluminium yachts is also shorter service life due to growing old of fiberglass.

Kit
Exactly cut steel parts are ready for you to be assembled according to the special building plan into hull, deck and superstructure. All parts are marked in sequence of their assembly, so the hull, deck and superstructure can be done in much shorter time than traditional building, which is usually done up-side down. The hull from the kit is build straight, so there is no cost and difficulties with turning of hull. Building of hull from kit is much more simple, exact and progressive comparing to the traditional building from different profiles and sheets.

Hull
Steel hull from kit can be built by experienced locksmith and welder, nevertheless quality and progress of building depends specially in case of radius chine on previous practice with boat building. Our workers, which were trained by experienced engineer and designer, are able to build the hull at highest quality requiring nearly no additional filling by putty. Our radius chine hulls evoke admiration and increase respective selling value of the yacht.

Steel and aluminium hulls enable a lot of possibilities of interior arrangements like grandiose owner's cabins with bathroom or charter's accommodation with as much as possible berth. Also demands of equipments may differ. One sailer prefers inmast furling mainsail, another full battened sail.
